| Train from Madurai to Villapuram and the seaside town of Pondicherry. Next day we visit Auroville en route to Mamallapuram. Auroville is living project concept dedicated to human unity and also houses the world's largest solid crystal. From Mamallapuram we travelled to Chennai by taxi, then on an overnight train to Mysore where we were amazed by the palace and Chamundi Hills temples. |
