Wallaman Falls west of Ingham has the largest single drop waterfall (of 268 metres) in Australia. The Victoria Sugar Mill near Ingham is the largest in Australia and produces 500,000 tonnes of raw sugar in the annual 23 week season. At 5.76 km in length, the Sugar Jetty at Lucinda is the longest in the Southern Hemisphere. Then on to Cardwell, the town almost flattened by Cyclone Yasi in 2011; the worst affected areas were around Tully, Tully Heads, Silkwood, Mission Beach, Innisfail and Cardwell
