| Kilkenny, County Tipperary, Éire; Kilkenny Castle (c1210). The castle fell into disrepair in the 1900's and in 1967, was presented to the people of Kilkenny for a token GBP50. Since then the buildings have been under extensive renovation by the Office of Public Works. |  |
